Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF)

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier is a public institution which supervises the professionals and products of the Luxembourg financial sector. The authority has the purposes of ensuring the safety and soundness of the financial sector. It also applies a prudential approach in line with the international standards.

Commissariat aux assurances (CAA)

The Commissariat aux assurances is the competent supervisory authority for the insurance sector in Luxembourg, which includes insurance companies, reinsurance companies, certain pension funds, professionals in the insurance sector (PSA) and insurance and reinsurance intermediaries (agents and brokers).
